Is the free plan only a limited demo?
No. Free tracks issued POs, invoices, paid amounts, credit notes and balances. You can import an Excel tracker and edit records in the app.
Where are the AI features?
Balance and mismatch analysis is available in the app for eligible workspaces. Provider-powered AI and document extraction are awaiting activation, and new file uploads are paused while scanning is unavailable. Paid plans are not currently offered.
Can ProcureTrack handle multiple divisions?
Yes. The PO register includes division and project fields so different operating units can be tracked in one workspace.
